It's only okay to pick your nose in public if very young children are watching, and when they LOL @ you, give them the middle finger. That really gets them going. :p
A month ago or so, the bus from school was really full, but for some reason there were 3 empty seats around this fat lady ( I saw her only from her back. I sat down, and it didn't take me long before I got why no one was sitting there - she was really digging deep inside her nose. And later she pressed the stop button with those fingers! Disgusting!
Picking nose in public --> people want nothing to do with you. It's OK to pick your nose when no one see you.
I fully saw a guy pick his nose AND EAT IT on Friday on the BUS.

I would say it's not ok. One of my friends does that when we are eating - it's gross. Love the videos btw.
