Harada is one of the best gaming directors out there. He communicates with the fans, responds to them (notably via Twitter) and, yes, listens to them. He's very open to the fans and consider some things that fans requested (such as Jun's comeback - and she does return in Tekken Tag 2) which is nice of him to do so. I'd totally love to meet him someday.
