I don't think that looking at just the weak spots is a good idea, he also has a lot of great things about his singing too. The weak spots could be improved with practice after all.

For a young boy, I'd say that's pretty fantastic! He is a little shakey, practice would cure that! He has the stuff to become a singer, I just hope he does enjoy to sing and isn't forced or anything.
