What they need to do is release the world's first affordable dSLR. Or a dSLR/Point and Shoot hybrid (Point and Shoot with Single Lens Reflex) But for only like $150.

If they can knock a price down from 7k to $150 by making the lenses nonremovable, I'm sold!! I could almost care less about removable lenses, esxpecially when thre are Advanced Point and Shoots with attachments.

There is just no reason for a dSLR to be over 7k, or even $500, especially in this recession!

Get an old Nikon film SLR, you can find them with lenses for $150 and under, and I promise you they'll take better pictures than any digital camera you can buy for that $100-500.
