hey jackass! 90% is a big number, i happen to know that more than 50% of the people in my gym are there to improve there overall look, not just lose weight as you put it. Its trainers like you that suck them dry for there hard earned money in a desperate attempt to fatten your pockets. If you would teach them properly and not fall short of your resposibility then 90% of the people as you put would not have to come there looking for your help. And by the way....I am 215lbs with 9% body fat...

@caneyelive if it works for him , it works for him , look at ronnie coleman... same sort of technique, same results, then on the other hand look at dorian yates... slow and controlled reps with a full ROM and he got the same sort of results, it just varies from person to person

@Diamond14Jim88 he does specific exercises at the end of his workouts for detail work, where he contracts harder, goes with lighter weights, and works slower. if you havent seen his dvd... check it out: Branch Warren - Train Insane.
