Notice the level of detail Malcolm Turnbull discusses these issues in, and the spontaneity of his responses. As compared to Kevin Rudd's basic, almost scripted, generalisations. Who consistently struggles to answer questions in more detail. I completely agree with Malcolm Turnbull when he says that Kevin Rudd doesn't fully understand these issues.

Wrong ...He's been incredibly practical and far sighted in response! His govt has done as much as is internationally possible to stabilise the economy domestically and should be applauded for his thorough and detailed and swift response!!! You have no idea obviously!!!
