Mark Ingram is higher up that C.J. overall, but C.J. has the edge on the Nissan Heisman voting. Like Todd McShay and Mel Kiper said, Ingram's better from scrimmage, but no RB is as dynamic as C.J. in terms of receiving, KO and punt returns, and SPEED.
