  • wheres the lsd bruz

  • Unless it's had all the front end modified it is a HJ not a HQ.

  • What year model is that Monaro??

  • FUCKIN SICK!!!

    Love ur work bruva

  • doesnt sound like a real monaro its like a modified 6 cylinder dudddddddddddddddddddddd!

  • muscle, Australian style, alright!

  • Is holden GM?

if so r holden engines the same as chevy engines or some of them?

I like australian cars, kind of like a mixture of yank and european styles.

  • i believe Holden started out making carriages and wagons in Adelaide? and then later on turned to cars before being taken over by GM at some point. some Holden engines are of Holden design and unique to the marque. there are many many cool Aussie cars going back decades and they don't realise most of the world don't know they exist down under. all are right hand drive and i believe, imported left hand drive have to be converted over to r/h drive by law, not so in the UK. try wikipedia for more

  • @67genxer Local Holdens have always been born right hand drive, but have been exported to various countries in left and right hand drive versions. The first to make it to America was not 2004, the rebadged Holden Monaro known as the Pontiac GTO, but the HR Holden in 1967. They built bodies and sometimes whole cars for GM from 1928, and started building their own cars in 1948. Their first factory was in Fishermens Bend, Melbourne, Victoria. Today it's Elizabeth, South Australia

  • @Mechknight73 I know Holdens are all RHD like all Australian vehicles but correct me if I am wrong but it's against the law to drive a LHD vehicle in Aust. unlike the UK where it's Ok to drive a LHD they call it left hooking. Some years ago when I lived in the UK, I drove a 1968 Plymouth Fury 383 factory RHD car originally registered to a Rex Harrison [maybe THE Rex, who knows] it did'nt look much like a limo by the time I got it, it looked more like the Police Car from the blues brothers.

  • @67genxer It's legal to drive LHD vehicles on Australian roads under the following conditions 1. specialised machinery that only allows for LHD e.g. crane. 2. the vehicle is over 25 years old or 3. it's a factory prototype.

  • the engine in this monaro is 100%aussie!!!!!

  • @tpvalley Holden is the Australian division of GM, but they design and build their own full sized sedans. Holden's 6 cylinders and V8s from 1948-2000 were mostly their own too. They built a 4.2 litre (253 cubic inch) and 5 litre (308 cubic inch) V8 from 1969-1999. The 253s were discontinued in 1984. The Holden Red 6 cylinder went from 1964-1986. Came in sizes of 138, 149, 161, 173, 186, and 202 cubic inch. The very last red based engine was fuel injected.

  • @Mechknight73 Well arnt you just the little book of knowlage , does your boyfriend call you cute ?

  • @RReaper100 eat a cock asshole and learn to spell.

  • @VicePresidentBob Fucking Australian douche bag , how is that for spelling ?

Speaking of spelling , Technically it is spelt " arsehole " but society has accepted your version aswell .

Now go back to whacking off koalas you little wigga wannabe because your toughguy stance hiding behind a monitor is doing nothing more than embarrassing yourself

  • Now Thats How its Done Nice Burnout!!

  • can i have it i really want a hq monaro badly, but the prices are outta control now

  • yeah it suck hey? all aussie two door prices are sky rocketing! i had an XB falcon coupe in fair condition about 10years ago, paid 2 grand for it, NOW try and get the same car, same condition 8-10 grand, same with the monaro's and chargers, classic case of "i should have kept it"

    this monaro is sweet.

  • I remember my uncle owned a rare as anything vh valiant coupe with a 360 in it and sold it for under a 1000 and he also owned a zd fairlane sold that for 100 in the early 90's.My dad could have bought a phase III in the late 70's for 7000 grand but decided not to since things like the fuel caps and other parts used to get flogged from em.

  • too easy mate. loved it

  • i fukn love it, good work boyz
