  • Wow.... that is amazing.. good way to prevent yourself from heart disease, but I agree.. I would feel really really tired out too... lol.. I think I would get myself a water and a good meal... and then call it a night on the bed, just knock the heck out on the bed! LOL.. anyways that is great to hear... keep up the good work too!

  • @GregRetrorian that's about what I did... I ate like a fiend and then hit the bed at 8pm. Slept straight through to 6:30 when baby woke up. Today - 2 days later - feel good, had to stop myself from doing anything physical today. Another day of rest is in order.

  • @thaipulsedotcom sounds good! I do not know if I could even accomplish that.. so I give you LOTS of credit!

  • Congrats to you and Alfred. I would like to do this someday.

    Peace Always :o)

  • Two weeks ago this guy I see on the bus every Monday morning(and knows I have been to Thailand) ask me to teach him a Thai word.Being the morning and caring less,I told him the first thing in my mind. Here it is,"Oh wah tah na siam.". Needless to say he has been walking around since spewing this crap.It is one of those things where saying it fast, allows the listener to laugh hysterically without the speak aware of what has been just said.Try it.

  • @Kehmet14 you're twisted... lol

  • @thaipulsedotcom Could be worse. When I was in Thailand some tourists must have thought I was THEIR personal translator. The "Gin khee mai" joke never got old.Just telling them that was the answer to everything.Big smile, pat on the back and send them on THEIR way, never knowing.I also never saw them again either.

  • @Kehmet14 I guess for you - it's all about making as many friends out of strangers as possible, eh?

  • @thaipulse dotcom Dennis Leary said it best in his song "I'm An A Hole".The good thing is I am the likeable kind.Sure I will put oil based whipped cream on your windshield but I will be there when you need help moving or visit you in the hospital.Plus I can truly say I have no true enemies and I have more friends than most people have in one life.

  • in the NW we have we have something possibly similar called Mailbox peak . Down is so much harder on the quads ! I've seem people smiling going up and literally cry going down . a cheap heart rate monitor watch really helps keep you in the perfect threshold before overdoing it and going slow

  • @NWforager yeah, exactly! I'd love a heart rate monitor - would help a lot. I can't find anything decent in Thailand regarding this. If I go back to the USA I'll find one. I'll look up Mailbox peak. Thanks for your comment. Cheers...

  • @thaipulsedotcom i guess ebay doesnt ship there? there r some cool vids on Mailbox on youtube.

  • @NWforager i'll search for them. I found an article on it at a website. It's almost a mile vertically. They called it steep for a hiking trail...

  • I've decided - I have to make a good video about the guy... his life. What he's done, what he's doing. The guy really is a champ.

  • Man.Alfred is a machine. I don't think I could even make it half way.
