Scott, why are you associated with "Quick Cash" and "Cash for Life?" I was saddened to see you on one of those cheesey, post midnight infomercials, hawking a scheme to buy cheap real estate with promises of "quick cash." You are an educated, successful landlord, entrepreneur and tv personality. You know that in ANY market, real estate investment and management requires skills the vast majority of folks who will respond to your ad, do not have. They are desparate. Sadly, you are exploiting them.

@TheTubeTater This is a really great show, and they only show it once a day at 1:00 p.m. Occasionally you can find a stray episode here and there, but HGTV is missing out not airing this more often.
