Each Week showcased a new 1 hour film directed by a different Horror director.

Cigarette Burns happens to be Directed by: John Carpenter

You can actually buy the Masters Of Horror films at Wal*Mart, but I haven't seen Cigarette Burns there in a while.

If you want to see the film, its probably best that you don't watch this. Norman has a habit of giving away the whole movie in his interviews. lol
