That's obviously all graphics. Shell isn't going to spend money on a project to make a transparent car to see how the oil move in and out. First of all, those cylinders aren't even steel, so how can they manipulate something that reacts differently with what surface? This here is probably some sort of plastic.

The car is real made of glass. Yoiu can amke a car out of any substance as long as they are sealed properly and have the components made correctly it can work. But, I highly doubt they can keep it running for long since engines do produce a massive amount of heat.
