yea mine did it when she got really excited. She's 10 years now n is blind but when she gets all excited she still does it n baaaaarely jus misses objects in her way lol
It's called "spinning". Please don't encourage this behavior. Bullies have been put down for acting this way. Once they get started, you can't stop them.

My bully does the same thing, iv got a vid of him on here too. He does it cuz he knows he's getting attention for it lol.

Hey its np if it do it 2-4times a day, especialy if its wenn you just come home from work or before and after a walk...
But just watch it dont get to often. :)
