agreed. too many fat girls call for acceptance when really it's their own fault for eating too much fatty foods and not exercising. they try dieting by not eating - which totally doesn't work - b/c eating habits affect bmi about 10%. you have to exercise to be lean. and no, 45 min steps do NOT count. go by effort, not by time.
