  • Juan Gonzalez, past and present member of the Latin Kings! (Should have been shot, himself, a long time ago!)

  • @Georgejmh, u need to stop judging others. I bet u support Reagan even though he supported dictators who murdered innocent people. He also built up Osama Bin laden.

  • Mr. Smiley-Face Sean Bell, should have been shot, AGES AGO! He tried to drive over the cops and DESERVED to get shot. Boo Hoo. RIP, Mr Bell!

  • @Georgejmh, Bell was simply trying to get away from what he thought was a threatening gunman; remember the cop was in civilian clothes. Also, the car merely clipped the cop, he did not "run over" him as u claim. Also, the cop claimed he fired his gun b.c he thought the passenger had a gun. The cop aimed at the passenger, not Bell.

  • from i really hated tha fucking cop's

  • what did the cops do that any red blooded american would"nt do? they are heros

  • Fuck Amy Goodman she is an obnoxious lesbian twat.

  • PU55Y A55 KRACKER5

  • the world can see their cowardness.... what an embarrassment to america- men using brute violence against women in public. COWARD, LOSERS ! THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS TO MINORITIES ALL THE TIME !

  • Another black man got killed because of an arrogant policeman in California. This is why I will never ever look at police officers the same way again!

REST IN PEACE TO SEAN BELL AND OSCAR GRANT! DAMN THE POLICE!

  • was this video presented in court?

  • These men should have been convicted the system always works for those who work for the system. POLICE ARE KILLERS

  • How do you know if a plain clothes/undercover policeman is real? Normally, if someone waves a gun around and they are not in uniform, that can be very confusing. Do the cops show their IDs before shooting, etc? Or is the policy to shoot first and question later? Scary stuff.

  • WOW, all i can say is look at the TSA employee after the shot on the first video clip, he really is doing his best to ensure the safety of all Americans huh? What a fucking joke, i guess its true what they say, TSA stands for thousands standing around

  • jamiejames5555, your comment appears to be blaming the TSA employee for not doing his job "to ensure the safety of all Americans" and you ridicule the TSA as well.

The TSA employee and the TSA were not the ones who started the disregard of public safety shown in this video. At least he did not duck for cover like the two cops did and he looked back to see what was going on. Do you expect him to duck for cover like the two cops did?

  • Worse still, do you expect the TSA officer to duck for cover and then fire at the passenger running away from the stray bullet, killing him after firing two clips of bullets while mistaking the fist gun fire to be coming from the passenger running away? If you do, I won't be suprised that you work for or related to the NYPD.

  • Correction of typo: ...the (first) gun fire..

  • By the way, what were the cops doing in the strip club in the first place? They were on duty in plain clothes to check out for prostitution? Please give me a break. It looks more like a free ride than a duty. So what if they had found evidence of prostitution? Would they have charged the johns or would they have turned a blind eye to it when the john happened to be the Governor of New York? What a waste of crime fighting resources!

  • Headlines from WCBC-TV (July 15, 2008)

"NYC Grandmother Suing NYPD For Wrongful Arrest" A Brooklyn grandmother, who never had a run-in with the law was put under arrest in handcuffs for prostitution when she was on her way to the hospital for her asthma. Another police officer saw her medical condition and called the paramedics. Police since dropped charges.

Not only that the NYPD wastes their crime fighting resources, looks like they are going to waste a lot of tax payers' money as well.

  • FUCK Authority and FUCK having your LIFE controled by INFERIOR people!

  • Was this video presented during the trial? I cannot beleive there were not convicted of any kind of crime. They could've killed more innocent people. Complete negligence. This is proposterous.

  • There was no trial. One judge made the decision. Skewed from the beginning.

  • So the officer reloaded only once because there was a bullet ready to be fired. It doesn't matter if he reloaded once or twice,it's still premeditated homicide. Why did he need to reload and shoot all rounds in the clip when there was no returned fire at all? The border agents Ramos and Compean only wounded a drug smuggler and they also claimed the drug smuggler appeared to have a gun, but they were unjustifiably sentenced to more than 10 years in jail. I see perversion of justice in both cases.

  • He thought the bullets from the other cops were coming from the car, based on the way they bounced off the car and/or broke windows. As far as he's concerned, he knew he was being fired on.

It's not premeditated homicide. They didn't go in there thinking "I'm gonna kill Sean Bell". Sean Bell wasn't supposed to die. The guy who hit Sean Bell wasn't even aiming at him.

  • The cop should have known that there was no returned fire from the car only after a few shots unless he was an idiot. The act of the cop to reload and continue firing is a crime of involuntary manslaughter. Some cops lie to cover up their use of excessive force.I know it because I was a victim of police brutality during a traffic stop of mistaken identity. When I sued the cop, he lied that I tried to hit him with my car.The judge pretended to believe him while found nobody guilty. How ridiculous!

  • He wasn't an idiot. He perceived the shots from the other officers to be coming from the car. You can't tell me you would have acted any differently.

And just because a cop lied in your case doesn't mean all cops lie in every case.

  • How to you explain that the two border agents Ramos and Compean who only wounded a drug smuggler trying to escape are being jailed ilke criminals? The agents claimed they saw the drug smuggler point a gun at them during escape. The agents were sentenced to more than ten years in jail each even though the drug smuggler admitted to have lied on the witness stand. There is no justice in both the Sean Bell case and the Ramos and Compean case.

  • You're right about Ramos and Compean. You're wrong about Sean Bell.

  • It is an unfortunate fact that many criminals in the US have guns and they often use them to shoot at cops doing their job. As a result the cops become too jumpy. When someone yells guns mistakenly or when someone just reach out for an ID, innocents lives are often terminated brutally and the cops would end up being sued.

  • Regardless of whether the cops in this case had criminal motive, I do see the need for enhancing the training of the cops in the proper procedures for using deadly force and they should limit the rounds shot to a minimal for self-protection. The fact that some cops did make mistakes or abuse their power then lied about it shows something must be done to improve the situation.

  • So then... what is the maximum amount of shots you would allow someone who believes they're about to die?

  • The maximum number of shots depends not on rules but on the situation in each case. I remember back in 1999 a black girl who got stranded in a car with a flat tire ended up being shot to death with 12 rounds by a cop after her parents called the police for help as the girl held a gun for self-protection from possible criminals. Honestly, I do see racism was subconsciously involved. That's way too many shots for the cop to defend himself from a girl who did not fire even one shot.

  • You're right. It's horrible, excessive, brutal, and I'll grant that it's possible the cop thought "black girl + gun = danger".

That being said, that incident does not reflect on the Sean Bell case in the least.

  • When one guy yells "Yo, go get my gun" and the three of them go towards the car, what do you think the logical conclusion is? If you were a cop would you just brush that off? Hope it wasn't true? Or would you go over there, ask to see their hands, and hope they don't run you over with a Nissan Altima?

  • If one of them had really yelled "Yo, get my gun" then I would say they asked for it when they got shot at in the confusion. But I also want to point out that there have been incidents in which no real or apparent threat to the cops were found but the subjects got shot at because of the cops over-reaction. If you think no enhancement in training is needed, you are not seeing the whole picture.

  • Point to as many incidents as you'd like. They have no relevance to this incident.

Tell me that the Amadou Diallo incident was a case of police brutality, excessive force and poor training, I'll agree with you. You can point to a lot of cases where that is the case, and I'll agree with you.

The Sean Bell case is not one of those cases.

  • It's true that every case is independent and should be judged without being influenced by other cases.

Granted that it was true one of the officers reloaded and continued to fire because he mistook the shots fired from other officers to be from the car, still it should not be viewed as the reason to exonerate the officer from criminal intent only but also the reason for the need to step up training of police officers to avoid the same mistake which would put more people in mortal danger.

  • Wait he wasn't in a car and was refusing to stop, what did he think would happen?

  • lisent the sean bell case was a fabrication case from the beginning so stop breaking your heads on this case this are toughs this is what they do

  • Sean and his homeboy thought that they were being jacked and tried to get away. I'm Latino and I say BLACK LOVE, BROWN PRIDE, WE ON THE SAME STRUGGLE, WE ON THE SAME SIDE. LATINOS GOT THE BLACKS BACK ALL THE WAY. WE HEAR YOUR CALL BROTHAS.

  • I hear you Mario. Get that through to the darn MM who are exterminating blacks like they were white themselves! Peace.

  • Mario what you say is true. These cops were in plain clothes with guns. Anybody in that situation would think they were being car jacked.

  • fuck da police!!! they will die!! we need violence, like the ones back in the watts riots and the 19992 LA riots. fuck da police!!

  • @MarioSabala amen

  • @MarioSabala you sound like a real ignorant asshole.

  • @GB845496 Hate to tell you this BUDDY, I am NOT an A-HOLE. You just don't know me enough to be calling me names. I Care about everyone that I don't know, because If I don't, who WILL..

  • 666

  • wtf?

  • I can say that these police officers are piece of S**T! I am white but i love black peoples. them dress style, they music (i love rap and hip-hop) because they're well then we. And actually no one white guy creates a songs about peoples who died for them different life and what i wanna say is that: Respect for chamillionaire. You a wise man!

  • Part of me wishes that guy got hit so that it would be taken more seriously. It's not enough that they shot the man up 50 times the day before his wedding. Shit makes me sick. That's my hood too.

  • Very good video my brotha. Is there a part 2? If so, please put it up!

Did you see the pigs run away. haha

  • What you talking bout. Thats the best part. LOL

  • hahaha

  • It's like an occultic thing that the police do. At least once a year kill or brutalize a black man!

  • that's an interesting idea. If you've seen the vids of Black dot talking about 911 and Virginia tech being ritual sacrifices, then there may be some hidden messages in the newspapers that covered the story.
