  • The Bible says "By their FRUITS ye will know them," and "the FRUIT of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, temperance, meekness." The Bible-worshippers posting here display none of those qualities. Like the Pharisees and the Holy Inquisition, they persecute anyone who they perceive as a threat to their religion, and a religious persecutor is no Christian.

  • @KublahKraus Thank you dear brother... your words are a great comfort. You are a radiant Knight of Christ! May the Fruits of the Spirit fill your life. Much Love and Light in Jesus Christ.

  • 2 Tim.3 15 thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation, through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instrucion in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works

How about a nice scripture on how IMPORTANT the Word is everytime you e-mail me? That might help you? yes? Theres a ton

  • @luettem Still waiting...

  • @crystalcorp The Word must be READ for the Holy Spirit to Bring it to mind. How many Scriptures would you like that demand you study Gods Word?? 10-20-? ANY spirit that does not completely, exactly, absolutly agree with the Word, is a False spirit. Simple as that. If ii varies in anyway from the written Word of God, it is a LIE

  • If we are to recognize the enemy, We MUST know the WORD. The Holy Spirits work is to immediatly bring the WORD to mind when approached with deception. Without the WORD, there is no Plumb line, no foundation, no doctrine, to calculate error. This is why Satan always wishes to Diminish the WORD. He can fool illiterate people with emotional feelings with great ease. The Holy Spirit will bring all things to memory-WHAT THINGS? The WORD --Satan hates the Word, he hates to be outed.

  • @luettem You said "if one does know the Word, they (teachers God never sent) are easy to spot, and of course, ignore" These are your words, yet you are not able to ignore me! What does that say about you (according to your doctrine)? With the HOLY GHOST dwelling WITHIN we receive the Living Word Jesus Christ: our foundation, our strength, our comfort and the Spirit of Truth!

  • @wretchedmaniam Thank you! May the Living Word Jesus Christ bless you!

  • Thank you for your words spoken in the Spirit of Truth! The devil has been attacking me through so-called christians! I got confirmation of it today. I asked the Holy Ghost for the Word of God and this is what I was given: THE LIVING WORD JESUS CHRIST IS WITHIN ME! I am comforted and joyous!

  • THIS WOMAN IS A WOLF!!!!!!! WARNING!!!! LOOK AT THE FRUITS, HER COMMENT SECTION IS FILLED WITH BICKERING, STRIFE, PRIDE, THESE ARE NOT FRUITS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. ANYONE WHO TRULY KNOWS JESUS ALSO LOVES THE SCRIPTURES WHICH HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO US. THANK YOU JESUS FOR THE BIBLE, THANK YOU HOLY SPIRIT FOR OPENING MY HEART TO THE SACRED TRUTHS WITHIN.

  • @servant714 If what you say is true, then YOU are the fruits.

  • I never said obedience is not required. You choose to falsely interpret my words but, most importantly, the words of the Spirit.Your lies are still lies not because I say so but because they contradict historic facts.I can see your delusions are much deeper than I thought. You are not speaking of the Spirit but of your own mind. May Jesus bless you with chastisement and bring you back to real obedience to the Truth and the Way and the Life.

  • @Johananful By your words "Do you follow His commands to the letter? Does anyone?" you implied that no one follows Jesus' commands including you! And when I said "If moved by the Holy Ghost you OBEY" you accuse me of falsely interpreting your words! Remember what Jesus says, "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her." I love Jesus Christ, follow his every word, and live my life as a temple of the Holy Ghost. Much love and light in Jesus Christ.

  • @crystalcorp Of course it includes me but it does you too.I am the worst of sinners and in this boat we are together with Paul the apostle of Jesus Christ. But by God's mercy alone I am a temple of the HS. As for perfection I suggest we wait for the judgement of the unerring Judge. You assure me you follow to the letter but beware! You'll be judged by your own words. If you choose to be justified by law by law you shall be judged. May God open your eyes to the truth of the Grace and works.

  • I'm not disputing your honesty.I challenge your ignorance of spiritual and material truths. You are a sister in Christ and it's sad to see a Christian throw stones in the fountain they drink from. All I'm asking you in brotherly love is open your eyes to the lie that the bible is the mere work of men and that only the words of Jesus in it matter as some say.The bible and the living Jesus are not in contradiction. This I know from the Holy Ghost.Do you know Him? If yes, talk to Him about it pls!

  • @Johananful Jesus called them the "scriptures of the prophets": what does that tell you? Jesus concerned himself with scriptures relating to him because he came to FULFILL them. My concern is the vast number of christians that focus on a book rather than the SPIRIT. Jesus Christ fulfills scripture and we need only focus on HIM. He gives us the HOLY GHOST to build a direct relationship with him. Bible believers are more devoted to a book than Jesus. Where is your heart? In Jesus or in a book?

  • @crystalcorp Precisely! And you irresponsibly choose to follow the devil by denying such a powerful witness as the written word. All scripture is God-breathed.Do you realise that by downplaying it you insult the Spirit of God who effectually wrote it. "the words I spoke to you are spirit and life". If have the Spirit in you He will testify that His written word is all true and without it you are as if without a body. Without the HS you are without Life, so both matter. Ask God for wisdom please!!

  • @Johananful I deny nothing and I downplay nothing: your opinion only. I am simply sharing my love and devotion to Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. Jesus gave us the Holy Ghost to have a direct and personal relationship with him. Absolutely true, the words of Jesus are SPIRIT and LIFE. The Gospel of the Kingdom is written in our hearts by the HOLY GHOST.

  • Lie#1:"Jesus didn't preach the bible He preached the Gospel" This is misleading weaker believers that we don't need the bible. Lie#2:the bible was available only in Latin for over 1000 years.False.For facts pls refer to my first comment.Lie#3:If the translators were inspired by the HS they would've followed His commands to the letter" Do you follow His commands to the letter? Does anyone?I hereby solemnly testify to you that the bible was inspired by the HS and we believers are indwelt by Him.

  • @Johananful Lie #1:NOT a lie. Jesus preached the Gospel of the Kingdom. The bible was created by Constantine hundreds of years later. The focus must be on the Gospel. Lie #2:NOT a lie. Fact: the bible was available only in Latin for 1000 years and they killed anyone who tried to translate it. Lie #3:NOT a lie. If moved by the Holy Ghost you OBEY. Jesus commanded "the gospel must FIRST be published among ALL nations." If the Gospel was already available why would he command that it be published?

  • Please don't try to confront the written word (the bible) with the living Word (Jesus) as they perfectly complement each other. You yourself quote from it to prove your points.Jesus did preach the Gospel by quoting from the bible all the time even from the cross. Facts: the bible was translated in Armenian 411 and in Bulgarian 8th century. Lying is from the devil, you should check your facts before going public. May the Holy Ghost help you repent of the lies you spread about the book He inspired!

  • @Johananful My video is carefully considered and spoken with honesty and truth. The scripture I quote perfectly complements what I am saying to speak to the condition of my hearers. You accuse me of spreading lies: what lie have I told? Give me an example.

  • God said to study to show yourself approved, not a request but a command. Why? So the Holy Spirit could bring to remembrance the WORD. It is the plumb line to test all spirits. Without complete knowledge of Gods written Word, one can easily fall into deception. Christ used the Written Word to combat satan. We are to also use the Word. It is the Lamp unto our feet, the Light unto our path. Most believers have YET to read the Word front to back, but then wish to 'teach' others- not really called

  • @luettem Your interpretation only. Jesus gave his apostles the HOLY GHOST to preach his gospel. When you have the Holy Ghost WITHIN you have direct revelation of the Spirit of Truth and, just like the apostles and prophets, through the Holy Ghost, you strengthen and build your personal relationship with God our Father and Jesus Christ. The prophets and apostles serve as examples of the kind of relationship we can have in the SPIRIT.

  • @crystalcorp Now I KNOW, you have left "YOUR' Bible on a shelf. You are no more meant to teach then sky dive without a parachute. Either study the Word, or God will hold you responsible for every word out of your mouth, with His Name connected to it. WOW-My people parish for lack of wisdom is all over this video. Heaven and Earth will pass away, but not His Word. Satan is the only "spirit' that would ever insinuate the Word in second position. They go hand in hand.

  • @luettem The Word is ALIVE in Jesus Christ and I put Jesus FIRST in my life. If you need scriptural evidence, here it is: John 1 (1) "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (14) "And the WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

  • I say it again ... what you are teaching here is VERY dangerous. Are you willing to risk the soul of a brand new Christian who comes upon this video and decides he/she doesn't have to study the Word of God, and then they receive false information from an evil spirit thinking it was instead from the Holy Ghost? Read what Jesus said in Matt. 18:6-7. God will hold YOU accountable. The young in Christ are the same as a little child. Woe to those who cause them to sin! My heart breaks for you.

  • @luv1another2day I am sharing with people the importance of the HOLY GHOST. If you think that is dangerous, then you are the one being influenced by "evil spirits". Remember what the religious elite, men of scripture, said of Jesus in his day: they accused him of working for the devil! The Word of God is ALIVE in Jesus Christ and written in our hearts by the HOLY GHOST!

  • Amen sister. Jesus words came from his mouth, not from the Bible. When the devil quotes scripture, it doesn't come from the mouth of God. When false preachers quote scriptures, it doesn't come from the mouth of God. The word is alive, because the word is Jesus & Jesus is alive. It comes frm the mouth of God when you know Jesus. Through knowing him, his grace, the Holy Spirit & truth. Wisdom is justified of her children. May Jesus bless you.

  • @ooJesusiscomingoo Your words touch my heart, spoken directly from the Spirit of Truth! Thank you and may Jesus bless you!

  • If you were one of God's children your message would be the love of Christ and the Salvation of men. But your message is to attack scripture. You will know them by their fruits, do they draw all men to God or do they scatter the sheep with careless words.

  • @servant714 I do not "attack scripture". You do not know me nor my fruits because they are not for you. In my work in the new age community, I have drawn thousands to God. When I started out, they disliked my invocation because it includes the word "God". I even do talks on this and I turn people BACK to God. I have even had several people say they have developed a closer connection with Jesus! Jesus calls me to work in the new age community. Who are you to judge according to appearance?

  • WOLF!!! WOLF ALERT!!! HOW MANY OF THESE PEOPLE ATTACK SCRIPTURE WHILE AT THE VERY SAME TIME QUOTING FROM IT. THE BIBLE HAS WITHSTOOD COUNTLESS ATTACKS AND GOD WILL PRESERVE IT UNTIL THE END. AMEN.

  • @servant714 I do not "attack scripture"! I celebrate Jesus Christ the Holy Ghost and the parables, and SPIRIT not of this world, if you bothered to look at other videos, you would know this truth. I communicate in a way appropriate to my audience. I know I am attempting to do the seemingly impossible, bring the truth of Jesus Christ and the new age community together. It is my mission for Jesus and who are you to judge according to appearance? Wolves do not lead people to Jesus Christ.

  • Sorry ... Read 2 Timothy 3:10-17.

  • @luv1another2day you did the right thing in speaking against these lies, good for you :-)

  • @luv1another2day I have read it: thanks for sharing part of Paul's personal letter to Timothy, which men have transformed into 'scripture'. At the time he wrote his letter the scripture he referred to would have been what is in the OT today. Of course he would say that to someone who grew up with the scriptures. Paul admitted he wished to be all things to all men to save some. In a similar way I communicate in terms the new age community can understand. Jesus Christ gave us the HOLY GHOST.

  • I do agree that God sent us the Holy Spirit to receive comfort, inspiration and direct instruction ... BUT what you are teaching here is VERY dangerous. What we receive from the Holy Spirit MUST line up with scripture so that we know it is from God. Anyone can say they received a word from the Holy Spirit telling them to do something. But there are also spirits that can deceive us into thinking they are from God. He gave us the scriptures to test these spirits. Read 2 Tim. 10-17.

  • @luv1another2day I agree that spirits can deceive and I talk about it in the new age community. The Holy Ghost gave me direct revelation of this truth. I had a vision of an angel with white robes and feathery wings. He tilted his head lovingly and smiled at me. I prayed a powerful prayer I was given to dissolve all darkness and as I did the angel transformed into a demon. Later someone referred me to 2Cor11:14, which I considered to be confirmation of what I had experienced.

  • I also notice you like to place your fallen human "perception/experience" above the very words of God!

Are you the ultimate standard of truth? Is your "perception" the absolute rule?

For me, SCRIPTURE is - not my perception.

  • @doctorh2005 Only SPIRIT, not of this world, is "absolute" and "perfect".

  • also... HEBREWS 1:1-2 says, God has "SPOKEN" (past tense) to us through His Son. It does not say "He SPEAKS" (present tense).

Also HEBREWS 2:2-4 say that the message was confirmed to us by those who HEARD Him (pas tense)... not "those who HEAR Him" (present tense)

Sorry, but "Scripture cannot be broken" for anything - not even if a 1000 people came up to me with testimonies to "experiences" to the contrary.

Scripture is absolute - as God Himself is absolute and unchanging.

  • @doctorh2005 Thanks for sharing.

  • @doctorh2005 They were written for those born of the flesh to give them something to believe in. Jesus was telling a story with a very specific meaning and rather than receive it, you force your own meaning upon it. The saying you cite speaks differently to me: It says, if they cannot believe in what their own prophets have written, then how could they possibly believe the SPIRIT! The same for you: you cannot see the forest for the trees.

  • @crystalcorp

/// The saying speaks differently to me: It says, if they cannot believe what their own prophets have written, how could they possibly believe the SPIRIT! ///

ONCE AGAIN, you force a distinction into the Scriptures that just plainly ISNT THERE - namely, a distinction between the words of Holy Scripture, and the words of the Holy Spirit....

You are wrong - proved by 2 TIM.3:16 (which you have cut out of yout Bible to suit yourself).

Scripture IS the words of the Spirit!

  • @doctorh2005 I do no such thing. Your skewed perception only. 2 TIM 3:16 uses the word "profitable" which means USEFUL, not 100% sufficient (your interpretation only).

  • @crystalcorp

/// Your skewed perception only. 2 TIM 3:16 uses the word "profitable" which means USEFUL, not 100% sufficient ///

Sorry, but what part of "that the man of God may be FULLY equipped for EVERY good work" don't you understand?

The Scriptures are 100% sufficient to equip the man of God for EVERY good work - not just some, and others equipped by other so-called "visions", but EVERY good work.

Do you accept those words? If so, your position is refuted.

  • @doctorh2005 I have no "position" to "refute". USEFUL MEANS USEFUL. I do not accept YOUR words, which are merely an interpretation skewed to your own human doctrine.

  • also, if there is "no contradiction", as you say, why did Paul and Barnabus have a huge arguement over whether to take John... to the point where they "split"?? - read ACTS 15:37-40

God gave us brains to weigh things in the balance - the Scriptures contain everything pertaining to faith and life.

Again, the fault lies not with the Scriptures, but with us.

  • @doctorh2005 If the Holy Ghost chose to separate them for reasons that may have been known only to the Father, so be it: I perceive no "contradiction".

  • ... and the reason His sheep will "hear His voice", is because they have had the spiritual blindness removed, and come to realise that the Scriptures ALWAYS WERE the Word of Christ - and that the problem lay with THEM and not with the Bible.

Christ's voice speaks through the Scriptures to EVERY MAN on the face of the world - the Bible is available to all the world in every nation - and yet only those who are given ears to hear realise that it is His voice.

  • @doctorh2005 I am only speaking from experience. I had direct revelation of Jesus, just like Paul did and just like many people have over the ages and continue to do to this day. Give it time, maybe you will too.

  • @crystalcorp

/// I am only speaking from experience. I had direct revelation of Jesus, ///

Followers of Antichrist claim the same thing also...

According to Scripture, God does not give direct revelations to anyone today - no matter how sincere they are.

God gave revelations ONLY to His holy Apostles and Prophets - who comprised the once-for-all FOUNDATION of the Christian Church (Eph.2:20) and there is no adding to it.

    Prophecy and tongues have ceased.

  • @doctorh2005 Paul had a direct revelation of Jesus too, so according to your 'logic', you should be calling him an 'antichrist'.

  • @crystalcorp

/// Paul had a direct revelation of Jesus too ///

Thats because he was an "Apostle".

Peter wrote to the elect Church... "YOU HAVE NOT SEEN HIM" (1Peter 1:8) - meaning, only a certain group of people were chosen to have a direct revelation of Christ - aka, His holy APOSTLES AND PROPHETS - see EPHESIANS 3:5...

"[God's message] has now been revealed [directly] to His holy APOSTLES AND PROPHETS by the Spirit."

If it was what you say, it would say "US", rather than above.

  • @doctorh2005 Paul had a VISION of Jesus and heard his voice AFTER Jesus had ascended, proving the power and relevance of the SPIRIT. In 1 Peter he was speaking "to the strangers" not the "elect church" as you interpret. The word "elect" describes peter in the introduction. It is only your skewed interpretation that says "only a certain group of people were chosen to have a direct revelation of Christ". Until you have your own direct revelation of Christ, you will go on believing that way.

  • @crystalcorp

/// Paul had a VISION of Jesus and heard his voice AFTER Jesus had ascended, proving the power and relevance of the SPIRIT ///

No that was proof rather THAT HE WAS AN APOSTLE!

Have you forgotten?... Paul said "Am I not an Apostle? Have I not SEEN Jesus our Lord?" (1COR.9:1)

Only the APOSTLES "saw" Jesus our Lord - and for proof of that.... the Apostles Peter said to the elect Church... "YOU HAVE NOT SEEN HIM" (1PETER.1:8)

  • @doctorh2005 I have seen Jesus many times in dreams and visions just like the prophets and apostles, and the Holy Ghost has shown me the counterfeit Jesus and angels too, giving me direct experience of what is written in 2 Cor 11:14 before I ever picked up a bible to read it! I know I am not perfect and as long as I am in this world I have work to do, but I aspire to be perfect as Jesus commands, that is why the HOLY GHOST is so important. I believe I have a unique perspective to share.

  • @crystalcorp

/// In 1 Peter he was speaking "to the strangers" not the "elect church" ///

In the very first verse... He says "To those who are ELECT".

Nowhere does it say "to the strangers".

And Peter said "YOU HAVE NOT SEEN HIM" - tell me.... how could he possibly say that if all true Christians have visions and revelations of Jesus Christ as you claim?

1Peter 1:8 is proof that the Lord Jesus Christ does not appear to anyone today AT ALL.

    Scripture "cannot be broken".

  • @doctorh2005 You must have printed your personal version of the bible. In the KJV cut and pasted into this message it reads: "1 Peter 1:1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, TO THE STRANGERS scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia," He said "you have not seen him" because, since they were "strangers" they had not yet been converted and given the HOLY GHOST as in Acts 2:38! Your level of blindness to the truth ASTOUNDS me!

  • @crystalcorp

/// The word "elect" describes peter in the introduction. ///

Where does it "describe Peter"?? He's writing "TO THOSE who are elect". ALL the Church is "elect". Therefore, this Epistle applies to ALL Christians.

  • @doctorh2005 Read it again, but first ask the Holy Ghost to fill you.

  • @crystalcorp

/// only your skewed interpretation says "a certain group of people were chosen to have a direct revelation of Christ" ///

Really? EPHESIANS 3:5 says the revelation was "made known to God's holy APOSTLES AND PROPHETS" - not every believer without exception.

HEBREWS 2:4 says... "It was declared at first by the Lord, and it was attested to us BY THOSE [the chosen Apostles] who heard"

1 COR.9:1 says "Have I not SEEN Jesus our Lord?" meaning, Paul was among those "chosen"

  • @doctorh2005 You continually add words to that personal version of the bible to which you keep referring. At best, your interpretation only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// Until you have your own direct revelation of Christ, you will go on believing that way ///

You mean "until you become an "Apostle" you will go on believing that way"

Are you an Apostle? Are you part of the "foundation" of the Church? (which is something PAST - as Ephesians 2:20 states).

There are no Apostles today, and there are no "personal manifestations of the Lord Jesus" anywhere - as Peter says "YOU HAVE NOT SEEN HIM" (1 PETER 1:8)

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only and you misinterpreted 1 Peter 1:8.

  • @doctorh2005 John 10:4-5 "And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers".

John 10:16 "And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd".

John 10:27 "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:"

  • @crystalcorp

/// John 10:4-5... John 10:16... John 10:27... My sheep will hear My VOICE ///

I wondered when this was coming.

These passages refer to His EFFECTUAL voice, given in the Scriptures - for the Scriptures are the very words of Christ - as the following says...

2PETER 1:21 "but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."

1PETER 1:11 "...the Spirit of Christ...was in them"

JOHN 15:20 "if they have kept My saying, they will keep yours (the Apostles') also."

  • @doctorh2005 "Effectual" for you.

  • Proof that Scripture alone is sufficient (and that we dont need spiritual manifestations/visions...).... The Lord Jesus said.... "THEY HAVE MOSES AND PROPHETS"

How did they have Moses and the Prophets? (because they were long gone).. They had them IN THE SCRIPTURES.

The Lord Jesus Himself declared in that very statement that the Scriptures are 100% SUFFICIENT to lead a man to salvation and the knowledge of God.

The Apostle Paul agreed with this in 2TIMOTHY 3:15 - "the sacred writings"

  • @doctorh2005 Jesus never said "the scriptures are 100% sufficient to lead a man to salvation and knowledge of God"! For salvation, all we need to do is FOLLOW JESUS. As far as scripture is concerned all is fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

  • @crystalcorp

/// For salvation, all we need to do is FOLLOW JESUS ///

And how do you follow Jesus?.... BY FOLLOWING WHAT THE SCRIPTURES SAY!

In fact, you can't even KNOW who Jesus is apart from the Scriptures - without which, a man may make up all kinds of nonsense and claim its "Jesus".

"Your Law (the Scriptures) is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path"

  • @doctorh2005 The the scriptures are not the only way to know Jesus.

  • @crystalcorp

/// The the scriptures are not the only way to know Jesus ///

In the words of Christ... "SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES....for they testify of Me"

For us, today they are the only way - because there are no more Apostles or Prophets - ...as they were the once-for-all "foundation", and had the job of establishing the Church. The Church is long established, and we have no need of them. We have the Scriptures - which are "complete"

Without them, you have no truth. "Thy Word IS truth"

  • @doctorh2005 You misinterpret His Words! "You search the scriptures, for YOU believe THAT in THEM you have life and it is THEY which testify of Me, but YOU WILL NOT COME TO ME, that you may have life." Stop searching the scriptures for Jesus and COME TO JESUS. The Holy Ghost testifies DIRECTLY to each believer: John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, HE SHALL TESTIFY OF ME: Wake up!

  • @crystalcorp

/// Stop searching the scriptures for Jesus and COME TO JESUS ///

The only way to know the "Lord" Jesus is via the SCRIPTURES - "FOR THEY ARE THEY THAT TESTIFY OF ME"

/// The Holy Ghost testifies DIRECTLY to each believer ///

He testifies to God's elect that the Scritpures are the TRUTH. If you are not convinced that they are, you are not of God's elect. "For My sheep will hear my voice".

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, HE SHALL TESTIFY OF ME ///

    (1) He did give God's revelations - to the APOSTLES AND PROPHETS - as Ephesians 3:5 says!

    (2) The "illuminating" work of the Holy Spirit towards us is to "testify to the TRUTH" of the Scriptures. He effectually persuades God's people of their truthfulness and opens their eyes.

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// As far as scripture is concerned all is fulfilled in Jesus Christ. ///

The LORD Jesus Christ said to the Apostles "If they accept MY word, they will accept YOURS ALSO".

Paul said "What I have written is a command OF THE LORD" - do you believe that?

Paul said "All SCRIPTURE is God-breathed and sufficient for ALL THINGS" (2TIM.3:16) - do you believe that?

If you dont believe that, you dont believe Christ and "follow" a different Jesus - a "Jesus" of your own making.

  • @doctorh2005 Paul did not say "sufficient" he said "profitable", in other words, "USEFUL". Stop adding and taking away from scripture. I believe in Jesus Christ and follow him through the Holy Ghost as Jesus commands us to do.

  • @crystalcorp

/// Paul did not say "sufficient" he said "profitable" ///

Paul said "...that the man of God may be "PERFECT", "FULLY EQUIPPED" [or "THOROUGHLY FURNISHED"] for EVERY good work." (2TIM.3:17)

Sorry, but even a child can tell you that that means "sufficient".

The only way you can say they arent "sufficient", is if you argue that verse 17 was added in later - and of course you would need objective evidence to prove that claim.

  • @doctorh2005 No need to "argue" anything: Paul's word "USEFUL" is sufficient :) Only the indwelling SPIRIT changes a heart. The scriptures and God's laws were NEVER "sufficient". If scripture was "sufficient" as you interpret there would be no child abusing priests nor would there be sinful preachers sleeping around, spreading hatred or getting rich. If scripture was "sufficient" Jesus would not have had to come and shed his precious blood and die on the cross for our sins and FULFILL.

  • @crystalcorp

/// No need to "argue" anything: Paul's word "USEFUL" is sufficient //

2TIM.3:17 Scripture "THOROUGHLY EQUIPS A MAN"

1TIM. 4:13 "Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of SCRIPTURE, to exhortation, to teaching

2THESS 2:15 "So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, "either" by our [the Apostles'] spoken word or by [the Apostles'] LETTER"

The Sufficiency of Scripture alone is taught in those two verses alone.

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// Only the indwelling SPIRIT changes a heart. ///

...through the hearing of the Word of Christ - THE SCRITPURES (as ROMANS 10:17 says)

/// The scriptures and God's laws were NEVER "sufficient". ///

A DIRECT contradiction to the words of the Lord Jesus Christ... who said "THEY HAVE MOSES AND THE PROPHETS" - meaning, the Law, the Psalms and the Prophets are COMPLETELY sufficient to lead a man to life and salvation in Jesus Christ - because the Scriptures are God's words

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// If scripture was "sufficient" there would be no child abusing priests, sinful preachers ///

Thats a fallacy called "GUILT BY ASSOCIATION" - a false argument. Google search it!

The Scriptures speak of many "hypocrites" within the Church walls, tares among the wheat, goats among the sheep - those who claim to be followers of Christ, but who really are still blind and dead in trespasses and sins and were never regenerated to begin with.

    All hypocrites will perish.

  • @doctorh2005 You obviously miss my point, blinded by your own limited perception: scripture will not change anyone, only the indwelling HOLY GHOST. The world is filled with churches and everyone of them are filled with bibles, but so few with the indwelling HOLY GHOST. Two billion christians and a very narrow gate where only a few will enter.

  • @crystalcorp

/// If scripture was "sufficient" Jesus would not have had to die on the cross for our sins ///

You make the false assumption that those who claim the Scriptures to be the only source of truth to say "the Scriptures themselves also take away sins".

Thats a false argument called "STRAW MAN".

We make no such claim. Rather, we say "the only way to KNOW God and Jesus Christ (and about His death, atonement, resurrection) is THROUGH THE SCRIPTURES." - for they are God's words.

  • @doctorh2005 I am not interested in "arguments" and if that is what you think we are doing, then these comments will be my last. I believe it is more important to receive the HOLY GHOST. Jesus gave his apostles the HOLY GHOST to preach his gospel. THIS IS ALL WE NEED DO: Acts 2:38 "Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and YE SHALL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST. If you persist in "arguing" I will block you.

  • @crystalcorp

/// I believe in Jesus Christ and follow him through the Holy Ghost as Jesus commands us to do. ///

And how do you "follow" Him??.... BY READING THE SCRIPTURES of course - which He gave us, through His holy Apostles and Prophets - the Spirit of Christ INSPIRING them.

Without the Scriptures, you have no way of knowing "how" to follow Him - and no... "feelings" and "following your heart" doesn't count, as they are "subjective" and can be countered by opposite claims to truth.

  • @doctorh2005 How do I follow him? I told you: "through the Holy Ghost as Jesus commands". By your words, you have no idea what that is like...

  • @crystalcorp

/// I told you: "through the Holy Spirit as Jesus commands". By your words, you have no idea what that is like... ///

    (1) And the Holy Spirit leads God's people TO THE SCRIPTURES - the only source of truth that God has ordained to lead His elect in all truth - 2TIMOTHY 3:16-17 clearly says!

    (2) Jesus said "THEY HAVE MOSES AND THE PROPHETS" - meaning, you don't need "ecstatic experiences" in order to know God. "Moses and the Prophets" are perfectly sufficient.

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// By your words, you have no idea what that is like... ///

You make the assumption that your so-called "experiences" are "of the Holy Spirit."

But the Holy Spirit would NEVER lead a man to downplay the Scriptures - because they are His very words! He doesnt' contradict Himself!

Followers of the Antichrist will make the same claim as you.

I've had SPIRITUALISTS and followers of NEW AGE come up to me and make the same claim! And they all quote from the Scriptures aswell.

  • @doctorh2005 You are the one making "assumptions". I do not "downplay the scriptures" nor do I "contradict" them: your perception only. The scriptures are open to anyone who is interested and it is a form of communicating with others. I share my experiences with others because I am so awed by them and celebrate in the HOLY GHOST with others who resonate in a similar way. Persist in arguing and I will block you. Sorry, I am sure you are a good person but I am not interested in your arguments.

  • You are so beautiful. I enjoy hearing you preach.

  • @Adipatus Aw! Thank you so much! Your words touch my heart at a time I really needed them! Jesus bless you!

  • Thank you, dear sister!

In conclusion, the Bible itself testifies that God is not bound by His word and is free to change His mind: "Therefore the LORD God of Israel says: 'I said indeed that your house and the house of your father would walk before Me forever.' But now the LORD says: 'Far be it from Me!'" 1 Sam. 2:30

Paul said, "The kingdom of God is not in word but in power," 1 Cor. 4:20, and that is the foundation of the prophets and apostles

  • @KublahKraus Amen! God certainly did "change his mind" when he gave us a direct relationship with the Father through His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. In the old covenant God spoke only through His prophets and the priests and their temples separated God from the people. Yet from the moment the bible was first printed by Constantine and available only to priests for 1000 years, his new church continued to separate God from the people: the very practices Jesus came to abolish...

  • @crystalcorp

/// God certainly did "change his mind" when he gave us a direct relationship with the Father through His Son Jesus Christ ///

God never changed His mind at all. That is sheer heresy. In MALACHI 3:6, God says "I the Lord DO NOT CHANGE".

God ALWAYS had a relationship to His elect people SOLELY through the Lord Jesus Christ - wether in the Old Covenant or the New.

  • @doctorh2005 "SOLELY"? Jesus sent "another Comforter" the Holy Ghost! Before you said that God spoke only to the prophets and apostles directly and that is why God speaks to us only through the scriptures because they are now closed! In truth the Father speaks to us through Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God, by the Holy Ghost, which was not given until Jesus was glorified, according to John 7:39. You cannot close the book on the Holy Ghost and the Living Word of God Jesus Christ.

  • @crystalcorp

/// "SOLELY"? Jesus sent "another Comforter" the Holy Ghost! ///

Yes, the Holy Spirit gave God's revelations and the words of Christ directly to the Apostles and Prophets alone - as Christ clearly told them before His Crucifixion...

"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you [the Apostles] all things and bring to your [the Apostles'] remembrance all that I have said to you" (JOHN 14:26)

    They commited these to writing.

  • @doctorh2005 Your understanding reflects your experience only. The Father continues to pour His Spirit upon whom He chooses. Acts 2:17 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:" What a glorious blessing to experience!

  • @crystalcorp

/// Your understanding reflects your experience only ///

That there is a fallacy known as "Appeal to Experience" (google search) - you need to understand that "truth" does not depend upon "experience" AT ALL.

I draw my understanding from SCRIPTURE ALONE - and never experience.

The reason you should not draw from experience is because "experience" is SUBJECTIVE and RELATIVE. Whereas God's holy truth is OBJECTIVE and never subject to change.

  • @doctorh2005 Your experience only. Doing anything in this world is an "experience" including reading.

  • @crystalcorp

/// The Father continues to pour His Spirit upon whom He chooses ///

I believe this aswell - only that "His Spirit" represents ETERNAL LIFE IN JESUS CHRIST - not gifts of prophecy/visions/tongues.

  • @doctorh2005 Hallelujah we agree on something!

  • @crystalcorp

/// Acts 2:17 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh ///

    (1) The pouring out of God's Spirit upon "all flesh" (meaning, elect Gentiles aswell as elect Jews) is referring to LIFE AND SALVATION IN JESUS CHRIST - not the bestowing of prohesy/visions to all people. Paul says "ARE ALL PROPHETS?" (1Corinth.12:29)

    (2) That verse doesnt say "ALL PEOPLE will prophesy", but rather "your sons and daughters" will do so

  • @doctorh2005 (1) ALL means ALL and you are simply describing your personal understanding as it relates to your experience. (2) "Sons and Daughters"... My meaning exactly.

  • @crystalcorp

    /// (1) ALL means ALL ///

Are you telling me that even ATHEISTS have the Spirit of God? Lol

Clearly not - for the Lord Himself said "the world cannot receive the Spirit of God".

Clearly it means only those who were "ordained [before the foundation of the world] to eternal life"

    /// (2) "Sons and Daughters" ///

...of that particular time yes.... but not today. There are no prophets or apostles today - because they comprised the "foundation" (Eph.2:20) which is laid.

  • @doctorh2005 (1) ALL means ALL. (2) Your opinion only based on your experiences. Hebrews 13:2 "Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares".

  • @crystalcorp

/// your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:" What a glorious blessing to experience! ///

Its more correct to say "What a glorious blessing THAT WAS experienced" - The Book of ACTS is "historical narrative".... and therefore not "didactic" (instructive).

We do not create doctrines based upon Historical Narrative - Pentecost was a once-for-all event (like the Death, Resurrection and Ascension of Christ), and we are not to expect another.

  • @doctorh2005 Your fundamentalist dispensationalism is an American folk religion, barely a century old. It is just one of dozens of Made-in-America "One True Religions", like Scientology, Mormonism, JW-ism, etc. Lucky for crystalcorp she is Australian and therefore exempt from all this religious Babel. Read the World Council of Cults Manifesto, brother, and you will see that the Bible has no authority because people can make the Bible say ANYTHING!

  • @KublahKraus

/// Your fundamentalist dispensationalism is an American folk religion ///

I am actually an Amillennialist - not a premillennial dispensationalist.

As for "fundamentalist"... if you mean "Bible-believing", then I'm VERY much a fundamentalist - although I would rather class myself as a "Conservative Evangelical".

/// barely a century old. It is just one of dozens of Made-in-America "One True Religions" ///

Do you really want me to give you quotes from Christian history?

  • @KublahKraus

/// you will see that the Bible has no authority because people can make the Bible say ANYTHING! ///

This is your main problem right here...

You don't understand... The problem lies NOT with the Bible, but rather with fallen human beings.

The Bible has COMPLETE authority, because it is inspired, infallible, inerrant, and and also "final" and "complete". The true Christian Church has ALWAYS recognised that axiom.

  • @doctorh2005 "WAS"? The verse clearly states 'SHALL" as a promise. In any case, your perception only.

  • @crystalcorp

/// "WAS"? The verse clearly states 'SHALL" as a promise. ///

And they DID prophesy - Joel's prophecy was FULFILLED at Pentecost - as Peter clearly says!...

"this is what was uttered through the prophet Joel:" (ACTS 2:16)

The Spirit-Baptised body of Christ was established on the day of Pentecost - the NT Church was born.

There is no indication at all that that passage implies "prophesy will continue until the end of time". You have to literally FORCE that into the text

  • @doctorh2005 Obviously, you are not given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom.

  • @crystalcorp

/// In truth the Father has spoke to us through Jesus Christ, ///

Thats only half the truth - you missed out the fact that the Scriptures ALONE are the Words of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Life-Giving Spirit, for us today.

Jesus Christ is the LAST and FINAL word from God the Father - we are to expect no other. The Scriptures Alone are the inspired, Living Word of God.

1 CORINTIANS 13:8-10 is very clear that Prophecy/Tounges have ceased, because we have the Scriptures

  • @doctorh2005 Oh my! You have totally misunderstood 1 Cor 13:8-10 to prove your point! I read it carefully and it says no such thing!

  • @crystalcorp

/// You cannot close the book on the Holy Ghost ///

You assume falsely a distinction between the Words of the Spirit and the Bible...

Paul said "ALL Scripture is BREATHED OUT by God".... that "men were MOVED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT" as they wrote.

Therefore, the words of the Bible ARE the very words of the Spirit of Christ.

  • @doctorh2005 I assume nothing and certainly not "falsely" as you accuse.

  • @crystalcorp

/// in the old covenant God spoke only through His prophets ///

...who, btw had THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST WITHIN THEM - if you read 1PETER 1:10-11...

"trying to find out the time and circumstances to which THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST IN THEM was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of Christ"

God ALWAYS spoke to His people via the Holy Spirit.

  • @doctorh2005 Your interpretation only. John 7:39 "(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) The Holy Ghost is a unique gift and only the Holy Ghost can change us.

  • @crystalcorp

/// the bible was first printed by Constantine ///

Thats a lie. The full New Testament Scriptures were both completed AND in circulation 200years BEFORE Constantine was even born! We have records AND quotes from the Early Church Fathers to prove this.

What source did you get that error from???

  • @doctorh2005 Yes, the scriptures were obviously available, the BIBLE was NOT until Constantine printed the first one. I forgive you.

  • @KublahKraus continued... By the Holy Ghost the apostles preached the Gospel directly to the people in their own languages and bestowed the Holy Ghost upon them. The Kingdom of God is WITHIN! Even the apostles did not fully understand until Jesus bestowed the Holy Ghost upon them and their eyes and ears were opened at last. It astounds me how so few christians get this very important truth. You are a blessing in my life and an inspiration, dear brother!

  • The Canon of Scripture IS closed - Ephesians 2:20 says "The Church is built on the FOUNDATION of the Apostles and Prophets"

    (1) "Prophets" refers to New Testament Prophets - like Luke, Mark, Jude, Agabus and those at Corinth.

    (2) Once a foundation is laid, there is NO adding to it, no extending of it and no digging it up and relaying it.

Also, 1CORINTHIANS 13:10 refers to the "completion" of the Scriptures.

Therefore, Prophecy, Tongues and visions/direct revelations have ceased.

  • @doctorh2005 Go ahead, close your book, and seek the SPIRIT!

  • @TruthInTheSpirit Amen! Thank you for sharing your revelation in the Spirit of Truth. Jesus bless you.

  • You quote 2 Corinthians [from the Bible written on PAPER] to justify your position that the Bible should not be considered authoritative?

And then you're quoting the Gospels again and again?!?

Can you not even see your self-refuting position?

  • @TheCartesianTheist I quote from the Bible to speak to the condition of my hearers. I quote 2 Corinthians as an example of how even the Bible encourages us to seek the SPIRIT. The Gospel of the Kingdom is ALIVE in Jesus Christ and written in our hearts directly by the Holy Ghost.

  • @crystalcorp

/// I quote 2 Corinthians as an example of how even the Bible encourages us to seek the SPIRIT. ///

You can't know God or seek Him other than IN THE SCRIPTURES. The Scriptures are the only place where God meets with His people, and teaches them about Him.

If you are looking for a "word" other than in God's Holy Word - the Scriptures, you are seeking a spirit "other than" the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit only testifies to the words OF the Spirit (see 2TIM.3:16).

  • @doctorh2005 "You can't know God or seek Him other than IN THE SCRIPTURES. The Scriptures are the only place where God meets with His people." That is PRIESTCRAFT.

Jesus said to the bibliolators of Judea, "You search the scriptures, for you believe that in them you have life, and it is they which testify of Me, but you will not come to Me, that you may have life." Anyone who stops at the Bible and says, "I've found God" is an idolator.

  • @KublahKraus

/// Jesus said to the bibliolators of Judea, "You search the scriptures ///

    You've misinterpreted that verse!

Jesus actually COMMANDED them to "SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES...for they are they that testify of Me" (JOHN 5:39 KJV)

This actually SUPPORTS what I said above, that the only way to know God is THROUGH THE SCRIPTURES.

Any man that does not see that fact does not have the Spirit of Christ in him - for the Spirit testifies to that which is of the Spirit - aka, SCRIPTURE.

  • @doctorh2005 The Bible is an object that we can control, the Word of God is a living Subject that acts upon and controls us. That is why men prefer a word of god that they can carry around in their pocket. Televangelists, frauds and false teachers put the Bible to evil use every day. If the Bible is the Word of God, then God has lost sovereignty over His own Word.

  • @KublahKraus

/// The Bible is an object that we can control, the Word of God is a living Subject that acts upon and controls us. ///

You clearly don't understand. Let me spell it out for you: God speaks to His people ONLY through the means of the external Word - the Bible. The Holy Spirit illumines the hearts of God's chosen elect to the truths contained therein, and makes the Word EFFECTUAL....

  • @KublahKraus

The word "effectual" is an important word. To the dead sinner, they are nothing but words, but to the Christian, they are "the words of eternal life" because they have now been "made effectual", through the supernatural process of Regeneration.

The Bible "IS" the Word of God. The only difference between the sinner and the saint, is that the sinner is "blind", whereas the saint has had his eyes "opened".

Hope you understand that better now.

  • @KublahKraus

/// Televangelists, frauds and false teachers put the Bible to evil use every day///

SO WHAT?? Just because some are hypocrites, doesnt mean the Bible is now no longer the Word of God.

"Let God be true though EVERY man a liar."

The Bible itself IS the living Word of God - the only people who realise that are those who have had the blindness of their hearts removed.

Pray that God would open ur eyes. This was one of the VERY FIRST things I realised when I became born again
