    vielen dank lieber Ender

  • Beautiful poem, Lizet. Such a heartfelt poignant poem by you. My cat once got a bird but didn't totally kill it. I tried to help it by rescuing the bird from the cat, but it was too late, and the bird was dying. It really made me cry watching that bird suffer, but such is nature and life, yes, sometimes cruel as you say. :) Janet

  • @onewomanandsomesongs

    thank you dear friend

we are really so much the same like sisters ;-)

  • You have a gift Lizet, You bring the poem to life. Very well done.

  • @diamondkutz54

it came straight from the heart

    you are very sweet

    thank you very much

  • A shattering little event in the garden. Sad, but these things happen...

  • @LZFILM

yes I know but I felt so useless and helpless

I tried to save a bird before with feeding it wurms and giving it water a in pipet

    but still it died

my father once saved a blackbird, he set it free again

recently I found 2 death birds I burried also, my cat is burried in my garden and also my rabbit

I am fed up with death

when my father died I realized how fragile we are and it made me think

I do not want to be left behind

I probably will because Gerit is 12 years older then me

  • @7lizet

The most important thing is that you have had a happy time together!

  • Aww, it's always sad when you find baby birds in the garden. I have fed a few that were lost. Never found any dead ones, so I guess they were ok :)

  • @Paradis107

that is why I first left it alone I thought maybe there was a mother around but when it was still there next day

I tried to feed it but it only wanted to sleep

I knew it probably was going to die

    thank you
