@Jeanluck1 As I have written in one of my previous posts, Arthur Koestler wrote a book in 1976 called The Thirteenth Tribe about the ancient Khazar empire. Being pressured by the Christians from the East and the Muslims from the West, in 940 AD, they decided to convert to Judaism, that way they did not have to answer to any of the previous groups.
