Carolyn, this is SO helpful! I'm planning on applying for the fall 2012 program, and it's great to get so much detail on the process. One question--what kind of stuff do they ask on the web interview? What do they want you opinion on? Thanks!

@Breezy2373 No problem! Glad I could be of help! On the web interview they ask a pretty wide variety of things-- stuff like "If I saw someone doing something wrong, I would speak up" or "I feel very comfortable multi-tasking" and then you check either strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree. It's nothing scary-- they aren't trying to trip you up. It's all about you so definitely do not stress over it ;) Good luck!

my friend started out as a front gate person,but now he's doing photopass which is what he wanted to do.so they could switch you later on

@crazymexicano101 Thanks! Yeah, I've heard the same thing-- plus they have auditions sometimes just for CPs so I could switch to entertainment somehow ;)
