Great great interview. So honest. And people need to realise that this is just a normal part of our society that affects all walks of life.
Remember, people deal with fame and pressure in different ways. Look at someone like say Gene Simmons from Kiss compared to Kurt Cobain of Nirvana. Both famous rock stars but one of them couldn't handle it.
I think it's going to be very interesting in 50 years from now looking back to this point. Society's reaction to drug use is bound to change.

exctacy isnt a performance enhancing drug,so his still a great player.... however they do have an anti drug policy where players can be suspended,the ARU and NRL i believe are under the same agreement with the world anti-doping agency or whatever its called...so if joey was caught during his years,he would of been suspended.....my opinion is i wont take anything football related away from him,but i have lost respect for him especially as a role model....
