That story of 20% and having to buy back what the taxes should have already payed for sounds exactly like the income tax. I believe the bible prophetically describes current events if you read between the lines

Many believe this foreshadows this time in which we live when what we call a "recession" is actually still a time of wealth for "Egypt" (the world powers) while even during those 7 prosperous years in Egypt the rest of the world was crumbling.
