I believe is a diatonic harmonica tuned in C. By looking at the shape of the harmonica, I'd say it's a hohner harmonica. maybe it's either bluesband or special20 model, they are diatonics with different quality

It's a standard C. I was going to use my chromatic harmonica for the lower register, but I didn't want to freak people out...it's huge!
