  • Hey look its BF3 -CS1.6- edition

  • Looks like Quake 2!

  • What do you record with? Great quality man!

  • @inooid This was ..

    Recorded - DXtory

Rendered - Adobe Premier (Mainconcept | Profile high | level 5.1 | rendered at maximum depth, Bitrate encoding set to CBR @ 25Mbps and use maximum render quality.

There u have all my settings ( shame youtube kills the quality )

  • @greigm81 Forgot to check the description and thanks for the settings. Already using dxtory, but I see you have a way better PC than I own. I only have a 7200RPM HDD and can't record 1080p.

  • @inooid what codec are u recording with? the default dxtory one? if so bin it and download lagarith lossless -google is your friend and configure the codec in dxtory to use use multi threading and yv12 or yu2 ( if you arent already using this ofcourse ) hope this helps

  • @greigm81 I'm currently using the default codec, yes. I have tried the Lagarith Lossless codec, but when I record (1080p) the file FPS drops down to 45 for some reason. I think this means that my HDD isn't fast enough to handle 60 fps, 1080p

  • @inooid In 1080, Im setting it to 30 fps buddy, at 60fps it is similar to your issue and thats over 2 HDD's. So if u like my quality, drop down to 30fps. You dont really see the difference on youtube anyway ;)

  • @greigm81 Ah k, thanks. I would love to have 1080p 60 fps clips, but as I hear that's simply too much. For normal clips I may record 1080p 30 fps, thanks! We should play a game together ^^ some day!

  • @inooid never mind, just saw on your channel , your first video is you comparing them lol. if only i could delete my message. Oh well. its been nice to meet you anyway

  • @greigm81 yup youtube will max out at 8mbps bitrate for 1080p video 6mbps for 720p

  • I have seen the odd person floating around like this. Had issues with myself have no guns and just a big reticule.
