*BIG SPOILER ALERT* I didn't think very much of the movie because Bacon didn't learn his lesson. They kill his son, so he kills two of their guys. Then they come back and kill his wife and hospitalize his son. By then he should've learned that revenge doesn's solve things. But no - he decides to kill the rest of the gang... How can he not think about his son? If he dies while atempting to kill the rest of the gang his son will be all alone. And he's only 15 for Christ's sake...

I'm torn on this movie. The first half was really great with Bacon playing the regular suburban dad trying to stay alive and pick them off one-by-one in the process. It was a weird mash-up of "Die Hard" meets "Death Wish" but it worked well; the highlights being the parking garage scene and the inital break-in at the house.

The second half of the movie is basically "Commando" but without the fun and campiness.
