while goku's on that planet, why didnt he just charge a super spirit bomb to kill buu with, instead of going all through that hassle, seriously you think they would've figured that out
no matter how much i try, i just can't help but see this gohan as a character who could have been alot better, and there was a better version in future gohan
@KerrDogga That's because his character was built up to be similar; to resemble Goku more. But in the end since fan's didn't like it the author basically scrapped that personality for Gohan.
@DrkZeroZX i think they should make a spinoff in the alternate time line after trunks killed the androids and cell and they find new namek and wish everybody back, except goku because he died of a natural cause
It would have been a nicer farewell if it hadn't been rendered completely pointless in the next few episodes. Gohan DOESN'T defeat Buu, which means he DOES see his dad again, and Goku ends up spending five more years with his family before running off to train Uub.
@gohito456 Im pretty sure everyone that watched this as a kid cried at some point in the series.....I did. This was such a big part of my childhood. Ive seen every episode and know everyones name and moves =]
goku should of taught gohan the instant transmission.. unless you cant teach that which would probably make sense. Pretty silly how goku makes it so dramatic but then he gets revived and sees his family again
He grew to hate them less when he saw how Frieza treated them, and Vegeta in particular. And as much as Vegeta talks about the race, and his respect for him, Goku grew to like his race.
How cool would it have been if this saga ended with Gohan winning.
That would have been the most epic "handing off the torch" scene ever.
