and lumber... so hard to get the lumber urself, only can find few in a day if u already cut down all the lumber trees... so everytime i want to build something i have to buy the materials too, or build it using folders.......==

i don't like ds cute, i think back to nature or friends in mineral town is better... in ds, if i keep building something in my farmland, there will be no places for me to plant those crop... yea i know there are other land outside the farm , but don't u think is a lil troublesome? and the harvest sprite only can help u in one area...and can only hire one group in a time @@!

Do they have a character for you to use already or do you make your own?

@liyanne12 There are actually two characters. Claire from more friends of mineral town, and Jill/Pony from another wonderful life. When you start out the game the Harvest Goddess gives you a questionairre or sorts to pick your character. questions sure as, do you like blonde hair, ponytails, ect. As you play the game and increase your farm degree you unlock new outfits.

To get channel 2, you have to buy 1 item from the supermarket everyday for 10 consecutive days or more. It shouldn't take long, ignore the days where they are not open.

@harvest1moon1cute The sprites are actually quite simple to collect. you get them for doing various things with your tools. for example, you get red sprites when you work with animals, and indigo sprites when you work with fish. For getting channel 2, you go to the supermarket on your phone, and buy something for 10 days in a row, excluding the days they are closed. (sunday and tuesday)

@swissmiss121 It was a bug in DS that was taken out of DS Cute. So now you have to actually farm and raise chickens and such to get money. Sorry!

This looks a lot like Friends of Mineral town and I don't understand why it is called Cute. I think it isn't and Island of Happiness is even cuter. <3

On Harvest Moon DS you can get a wife, on Harvest Moon DS cute you play as a girl and can get a husband. It works the same as the other HM games; give them presents they like, talk to them, etc to build a relationship.

You play as a girl rather than a boy. Some of the NPCs are different, and some of the bugs were fixed. Other than that it's the exact same game.

the thing i don't like about this game is that you can't see your energy bar and you can't tell the score of your friendship with somebody until you get the love bangle which is highly expensive in this game.

I was going to get this game, but I pre-ordered the Island of Happiness for DS that comes out today instead. Then I can play a boy or a girl! But I'm very happy that the game doesn't end like the earlier "For Girl" games. I want to get all of the Harvest Moon Games. o.o But I don't have enough time to play them all unless it's summer. It's a different game,but it's basically the same game(like all other "for girl" HM's).

It has added aspects,but it's basically the same(without all the glitchs)

Some bugs from the first game were fixed in this version, so technically it's superior. Otherwise the differences are minimal so it's a personal choice. -Ron

they have fixed all of them ecept the sheep shearing one! DS CUTE has its has some of its own glitches too though none of them or serious!
