to install them on the ProFile you have to drag the main piece of paper which gives you a document to the desktop.

"set aside" kind of minimizes the window (it puts it to the desktop where you can easily open it)

"save and put away" closes the document and puts it back to its original location.

In Mac OS 1 there was "close", "save", "save as" and "quit"

To install the apps like LisaDraw on the Profile Disk, duplicate the application, then drag it to the disk. Be sure to also copy the stationaries, otherwise you won't be able to create a new document
