I can play the different basses but I can't play the slides, ghost notes and etc. It seems like there is no auto mapping for my master keyboard, or am I doing something wrong? Can you help me?
@ronbrotu I think (though I don't have this refill loaded in front of me to check) that the ghost notes, slides, etc are all just on keys above the normal range of the bass.
not only does the real bass sound better but it's easier and faster to just play the bass. Even if you don't know how to play bass it would a better use of time to learn that than to learn this. Btw, I'm a reason user and I like it but no need to make things harder
@TheBassHeavy sure im just gonna drop a couple grand on some basses and amps. It would be absolutely wonderful if i could, i even play the bass, but its not financially realistic for most people.
not everyone is rich like you and can afford to buy every flipping instrument and fit it in their bloody room, some people can only get a pc and reason so anything that improves the sound is appreciates, you arrogant smug git
ive recorded using my warwick & fender jazz deluxe on pro tools awesome, i have a style like john taylor so i use slides & glissando's all the time, i dont like synth type bass
It is not that hard, it is just "layering" notes, this refill is meant to be for those who doesn't have a real bass or when you need a song done in a short time and your bass player is not near, this refill helps a lot, really a lot.
@PropellerheadSW- thanks for answering. I learned from someone on the propellerhead forum
that I had to lower the octaves on my keyboard until I could play all of the slides, etc.

Can you slide a note to other side, I mean from a higher one to a lower one? If so, how do you do it?
