I understand its a gimick and an angle and all that and yeah Hogan n Bret and Shawn all did it; I never said it was right for them to do it. Flags have been used inpropperly in wrestling generally; there are many ways to draw heat; but in the end s*#* happens, and some people take it more seriously hence the chair throw.

You don't want to get hit in the neck with a chair, especially if you've had the injuries he's had. Fans should know better. HOWEVER throwing the chair BACK into the audience? Stupid. What if you hit a fan, or even worse, a child in the audience. If he did this in the WWE he would be on the street or jobbing to a midget.

It wouldn't make headlines because people in the media know it is just a work & it's part of Pro Wrestling or "Fake Fighting" as some idiots call it but i don't see the big deal this has been a gimmick used to get heat on the heel's for years ,it was obvious Steiner was trying to get heat and the fans have no excuse for throwing chairs/assaulting them , was Steiner trying to assault anyone? no , so in my opinion the fans are in the wrong.

That crowd make me sick he didn't even rip the flag until near the end but a dude threw a chair into the ring before hand. That crowd have no respect for anyone of the Veteran wrestlers. I wouldn't wrestle in an arena if the crowd behaved like that.
But Booker didn't deserve it Steiner was the one who ripped the flag up and should of taken the heat not Booker. But it was wrong and the bottles etc deserved to be thrown into the ring.

Marking out is when someone in on the work gets caught up in the moment, even when they know it's not real. There's usually a coming-back-to-reality stage in marking out.
A mark is someone who just can't accept a work for what it is. It's not that it's anything derogatory, but it is rather funny that you're treating classic cheap heel heat as something legitimate, all while telling someone they're not capable of making a point.

2) The entire crowd doesn't deserve to ever get a TNA show again. They started the crap by throwing cups, and the first chair into the ring. TNA should have shut the show down right then and said Screw You.
3) No one cried when HBK desicrated the Canadian flag on RAW on multiple occasions. The difference is knowing it's for show - Can't take it, then you don't deserve it.

You need to understand how the wrestling business works. The desecration of flags has been happening in countless wrestling angles for the past 50+ years.
There is a reason why wrestling has BAD guys and good guys. The heels job is to piss off the crowd as much as possible to increase their drawing power. This is why heels like Ric Flair, Randy Orton, Arn Anderson, Rick Rude are legendary for their ability to incite a near riot from a crowd.
