  • wts with the advice giving defrance is not rushing to his computer to check wt sme armchair weightliftr thinks of his teaching mehtods there is a reason this gym runs one of the top performance gyms in the world and its not coz he takes advice from people on youtube

  • Perfect man maybe flatter back but everything was nice even the arm tucked closer to the side.NICE

  • chuck norris holds the record

  • he has great technique i need to learn though

  • talking shit taht he's slow? go out and do that but i do kinda see no point in seeing how fast u can go in 10 yards or 40 yards or so but im a soccer player htey are football most likely..and yah i guess they tend to try for 10 yards as fast as possible for first downs or 40 yards on a nice break...but true speed is breaking at least 4 mins on an 11hundred

  • Thats actually not slow guys. Thats at least a 1.47 - 1.56 right there.

  • Different technique that I my utilize in my own performance training. Question the knee extension though. Shouldn't the knees be a little further extended. Although this techique really emphasizes the pure 45-55 degree of pure acceleration.

  • wats the timber thing how do u set that???

  • thas my dude cush from bc #10

  • hes slow lol

  • fast enough to be an all-american

  • not fast enough to be drafted

  • He got vertical way to fast.

  • NICE!!!!

  • he has great technique i need to learn though

  • Yeah that was a 10 yard start, looks like Brian Cushing of USC to me..

  • Who is the athlete? Is that in the (fairly) new Defranco facilities?

And what was the time for that 10-yard?
