what I want to know is why does everyone put such lame music on their accomplishment videos. I respect the climb but holy shit drowning pool was kinda cool when I was in middle school and I'm 23 now... Not to say that professional climbing videos are any better, the music there is a bunch of douchy fucks who happen to hit the same minor chords/scales and create a "mood." Again I respect the climb but cmon there's got to be a middle ground!!

He's climbing with his shoes attached because they are not climbing shoes; they're approach shoes. This is so that if he has to walk down, he can do so comfortably in regular approach shoes.
