@music2myears232 Try to go to b1F floor then go to the elevator control room second door to the right next type the elevator code from the description above you should be able to go to the b2F floor go to the door next to you then wait for mr leechy to come then use a blood back inside the temperature lab then activate the control panel from there you could only kill him and get the card key for the escape route

carry him to the temperature room, use a blood packet then come out of the room. Make sure no one is in there except the leech man, then go to the controls and turn up the temperature to high. There will be a cut scene and he would burn to revealing the 2nd card key.
