Do you mean the map was made with blender? Or the mouselook, effects, and map?

The level (map) was made in Blender, exported out to ASE and then reconstructed and rendered in Quake 4 (the "mouse look" bit - that's basically me walking around the level in Quake 4). So material effects and such like are Quake 4.
