Bills head is see through because the camera that filmed this was obviously set to a locked off position and had very likely been there for a while. the background would have slowly burned into the main image and anyone/thing that moves in front of it will seem like they are transparent. ;)
same reason we don't leave old monitors on the same screen for too long. hense, the creation of screen savers and such.
He was always brilliant, even as a kid. Unbelievable. I sure wish he was still here to share more of himself with us. I'm just glad he lives on as his words get stronger and ring more true every day.
I wish there was more of his young stuff. Although, I'm surprised there even IS footage of him this young!
