I actually learned this a few months ago by trying to superman over a fence. I chickened out, put my hands forward, and pushed off. Pretty awesome trick.
yeah, you can do it with half or full twist after you push off the rail, or something like a rail flip with one hand or, for example, with split in the air... ;]
@8cyo If you have a camera, just shot a video footage, look at frame by frame and check your mistakes, then try to correct it) and repeat reapeat repeat to do it better! ;) the most important thing is the technique, and your experience)
@skv1991 thats awesome. how did you learn to do these? my friend showed me and i just tried. it was awesome. but im trying to perfect it. any suggestions?
ok, in future I will make the tutorials with subtitles, but I'm russian and will make it on russian for russian guys, if you want to understand, learn russian, sorry, but it is not my problem.
As you can see the technique is completely different from a gymnastics front handspring (perhaps on vault). Instead of 'blocking' off with straight arms, the arms must bend and then push off the get the required push, and the head goes below the level of the railflip.
I thought this was Russia straight away, and it is!
That's flipping crazy
