Gregory Davis, Miles's eldest son, with whom he had become estranged, has a new biography out about his dad titled: "Dark Magus," which is also the title of one of Miles's albums from the '80s. His take on their lives together and subsequent falling out might make for interesting reading. Miles's biographer, Ian Carr, who was interviewed in this documentary wrote an excellent book of Miles's life.
