Not that I dislike Ferrari's, but I think cammed z06's sound like a ferrari on steroids. A ferrari sounds very exotic but Imo it lacks that bassy grunt that the vette has. Even with a stock cam but especially with an aftermarket one, a vette has the low end mean grunt of a "big" (for a production car) v8 with the singing in the upper RPM's, definitely want a vette when I get older!

I have an 08 Z06 as well and I WANT THIS! is it possible to keep the factory butterfly exhaust set up but have the corsa pipes and headers? I have the mild to wild and like to be able to quiet it down when on the phone or having a conversation.

I have a Roush Mustang with aftermarket exhaust and it is so loud I can't even hear the radio or someone talking INSIDE THE CAR!

That thing is a monster. I am debating this setup or a supercharger.

If you want to retain your butterfly valves, just have an exhaust shop weld in a x-pipe and bam your done, can take it a step further by replacing your cats with straight pipes. Nice if your state doesnt do emissions testing.

Ive got the cam/supercharger now on my C6. Its going up for sale to buy a C6Z and just doing a cam. Its one thing to have assloads of power, but its another to keeping it on the ground.

Standard F430 is slower around N'ring than the Z06. And on most tracks. But the F430 has a nicer interior. :-)

truthfully i dont own them. my father does. the sl55 amg can be mine if i decide to sell my car. i own an e46 m3 currently. you can see it in my video i have posted. and all you vette fans are excited for the zr1 meanwhile we all know something else is coming out and it will lose. just like the gt2 did with the zo6. but anyways all i said was i didnt like the sound of the zo6 at idle. its all personal preference. but the sound of an f430 revving up is more pleasing then this. =]
