You are looking and sounding good. Sorry to hear about the cardiology issue. I hope things get better soon! Glad you could reduce your meds. That is always a good thing! I didn't know that Centrum Silver had chewables. I am definitely going to look for those.

Congratulations! The same thing happened to me. I went from 9 pils daily to just 3!!! And one of then is vitamins!!! Congratulations again!

Congratulations Karen! I'm glad to see you on less drugs. That is a huge accomplishment in such short time. Your incisions look like they're healing up really well. And seeing you getting out and doing things is great. Keep up the great work.

Thanks so much. I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond today, post office, cardiologist and the vetenarian. Doing fine.

Awesome nonscale victories! That is so great, Karen. hope you werent' clothes shoppin at Kohls just yet! my biggest bruised incision hurt me for almost 2 months, but it eventually was okay.

No. I'll go to Good Will or swap with people in my support group first. I don't have any money for that. My old clothes still fit just fine.

Glad to see your updated I live in minnesota and just waiting for insurance approval for my surgury . I started it 2 yrs ago but chickened out . So I have been watching youtube and getting all my information here on it . And everybody has wonderfull stories of secuss here so excited and can't wait ...by the way you look great and the cuts are looking better. Thank you for sharing your updates with us ...I will continue to follow your story .

ITs a good thing that your battle wounds are getting better! BTW when you said you once listened to your stomach growl with a stethoscope, you aid it was loud. Any Chance you can put those sounds on video?
