If they played not so defensively the US team would be worth of respect all over the globe. First off, the US football team has great players, such as Donovan and Dempsey; the problem is the way they play! They play horrible!!! If they played not so defensively the US team would be worth of respect all over the globe. I recall Davies scored the first goal in Azteca, and they didnt attack until the end of the match, that is why they lost, they didn´t focus on scoring more goals, but defending just one goal.

2 things.
1) It's CONCACAF, not concafac.
2) They are dominating. If it wasn't for all the American tournaments, they'd have a lot more games across the ocean. Also, Great European teams play in their own countries more too. Another reason for USA to play at USA mainly is because theres not a great amount of venues in CONCACAF anyways.
