I'm a personal trainer who has helped over 300 people losse thousands and thousands of pounds and what frustrates me the most is my obese clients who lose all the weight the healthy way and then are accused of surgical weight loss methods! Instead of being motivated by a person whole lost 160 lbs (literally lost a whole other person!) they desperately lust for that person's failure to inflate their fragile sense of self-worth. I appreciate your comments as a successful liquid dieter. It kills me that people whole-heartedly believe (most without any personal experience) that a liquid diet cannot yield long-term weight loss. A liquid diet is just like any other diet. 95% of all people on any diet gain it back.

I love the fact that you can make fun of yourself because that has healing in itself. You cannot take yourself too serious. U speak the truth! At my highest I was 247 so I understand exactly what you are talking about, ppl do respond when you lose weight because for most ppl losing weight is an unattainable goal they struggle with their whole life. It can be done but we are conditioned to believe (myself included) that weight loss is hard and so most ppl decide to stay overweight!
