This music happens when you fight an increasingly difficult combat scenario. For example, you can fight a giant 1v1 (normal music) but then two join into the fight... it will suddenly turn into boss-like music.
this song plays when your killing hobbits in monster play :)

Just started playing the game... this music is awesome. I listened to it for a few minutes straight in the hobbit intro area. It's amazing.

Then you just see a Hobbit standing on a Rock playing the Bagpipes.
