i don't get why people make these videos. the only thing in this one is concept art and someones opinion of what is in them. once the game comes out all videos like this get a ton of comments saying how its wrong. I'm not saying its a bad thing to view and interpret pictures or videos released by the game developers, I'm just saying you tube videos might not be the best way to publicize your thoughts.

oh and also, i have ODST there is no battle rifle but there is a version of the halo 1 pistol combine with the halo 2 pistol so it has a scope DEVESTATING damage and also it fires as fast as you can pull the trigger and the picture's were really just sketch art that bungie and other people working on halo made for idea's nothing more.

yeah the halo1 pistol used .454 calibre semi-armorpiecring explosive rounds with a 15 round clip and 2x optical scope. The odst pistol has a built in silencer and uses sub-sonic armor piercing rounds and not really effective against shielded enemies.

Iv'e seen sme things and hear from my best freind that you CAN unlock recon armor, and you CAN take off your helmet but only before you start firefight. Firefight is somewhat like horde on gears of war 2 which basicly is a bunch of waves of covenant. Hope this helped you find answers :D

I suppose it works a little differently, because for example a charged shot of a plasma pistol is unlikely to deplete it in one shot (as it does to the spartan-shield). It might be a little weaker, too.

These are in odst.... and commenced gamming is right but they arent really classes... as you complete the campaign you unlok characters and armor types for your ODST and you can play with helmet or no helmet on for the first time ever! so they let you pik who you want your odst to look like, and spawn with their primary weps i think... and you can even have recon for your odst if you complete the campaign on legendary i think im not too sure but there is a good chance you can.

ODSTs are normal humans without the "shield" and the armor of normal Spartans. They are not super boosted and stuff, just regular soldiers. That's the good thing with ODST. No unreal super suit you can wear in space and on the ground etc.
