**The reason Paulson and Bush have the six-month no judicial review no recourse clause in their "plan" is because the USA will no longer exist as a government in six months if these criminals get their way.
Bush has been instituting these "no judicial review" clauses in his PD's. Look at them and then get back to me. They are public record.
These guys are fascists and their goal is Central Party and NAU with Americo and we the people in a 2'nd world country. They are criminals.

Excellent definition of capitalism - work hard and SAVE. (savings = the capital)
Instead we borrow and consume, and we've outsourced our capital from the US - except labor. (Human capital doesn't fit on the balance sheet, by the way).
