Ask urself few questions.Are u having five Ks?.Are u waking up at 2 o'clock(amrit vela) n meditate Guru with one mind n no other thoughts?.Are u eating less?Guru says "Thora Sonhvey Thora He Khahvey Gurusikh Sohe Sahaj Samavey"A true gurusikh sleep n eats less.Such Gurusikh always remain healthy free from all problems.Their minds are extremely Calm n easily dissolve in meditation of Lord.Evils within never touch them.excess sleep n eating only brings bad health n makes ur 5 devils rise.
