They didn`t play it playback. They played it live but later on when they cut the video they put the tunes of the album record under it i think..

no its not playback,,, thats just how good the kooks are..... and plus alan carr show.. all bands try and get on that show now because it always has amazing sound.... like oasis us to mime on top of the pops in the UK because the sound and engineers were terrible.... but on the alan carr show the sound is incredible....
