I'm pretty sure it appears near every bag, but the symbol isn't always right in the open. You have to check every nook and cranny on some levels, the eye is hidden just as well as the bag.

they dont really have a purpose for the game and aren't required to finish it....but collecting them gives you a chance to get all three trophies for them

Sian240: What you do is where the last bag is climb up all of the railing etc untill u get to the top shelf, u will have to i think jump or swing from a rail onto the top of the roof of the room u need to get into, the jump over the pipes on the roof and their will be a hole, drop through and ur in. It took me ages to figure it out
