@musiqgem I'm pretty sure that muscle weighs more then fat. He has no muscle mass anymore. That video does not look recent. That's what he looked like before he started his diet. He looks nothing like that. You can even see that he lost a few pounds in his face alone. I think he was close to 250-300 in that video. So that would mean that he weighs around 150- 200 give or take a few pounds...

Quitting while your brain still functions well and you have good health is a smart move. Loved Ali but it was terrible to witness the toll it took upon him personally over the years. Well, Mike, to his credit, seems to have mellowed into himself-into a comfort in his own skin and into a self-awareness that he lacked, with self-destructive consequences, when he was younger. If so, I am happy for him, since his post-boxing often seemed a hell of his own making. Keep moving on Mike.
