At least Lungren didn't go along with Elk Grove resident Tom McClintock when he tried to get a bill through a committee that gave way Northern California Water rights and GAVE them to Kern County Businesses....

It should be noted that this woman and her companion are not constituents of the 3rd district and Rep. Lungren is not their Congressman. They were both members/ followers of Lyndon LaRouche and drove in specifically to disrupt the town hall. She never asked a question just stood up and began yelling at the Congressman. 1st amendment rights do not cover hecklers - if she is disrupting the meeting the police have the right to remove her.

Well, so much for the right of free speech and the right to petition our government for redress of grievances. Republicans need to brush up on First Amendment law before they are allowed to appear in public.
