Depth of heating is related to the operating frequency. This system operates between 30kHz and 50kHz so the reference depth is pretty shallow. Realistically, through heating for this system is limited to about 7mm if you are heating from one side. If heating from 2 sides or incircling a round part completly, then you can effectively through heat up to about 20 mm's.
