@longboardcoop Why does sector9 suck? Because they don't have freestyle boards like Loaded has? The make tons of great cruisers and sick race boards for cheaps, and they hold great events worldwide as well. Their trucks maybe lame but a bushing replacement will get you somewhere. And they have good wheels too, race formulas are good. Not that I'd stick would sector9, saying that they suck is just wrong, you don't know jackshit about longboarding.

@longboardcoop I just gave a kudos on s9 sucking. I can't say everything they make absolutely sucks, but they do seem to come off like an attraction to skaters who want to try out a longboard. It just has wrong written all over it. I wouldn't say you shouldn't at least give S9 a try, I mean I know some people who love S9 and they are professional longboarders, but S9 is just made with focus on quantity rather than quality in mind, but that doesn't mean that they can't make a descent deck.

well first you need to break them in, ride them for a long time without trying slides, make damn sure you have all of the shiny shit off of it and the edges are rounded, if this is taking too long take a piece of course sandpaper and sit of your board going down a small hill and put it on the edges making it rounder, this works but it isnt recommended

You can slide really easy if you have high hardness wheels, like say 85a+ will slide and like 95a+ will just slide with out effort

Dont listen to this. Sorry man but stability cames alot from stiffness, which all Loaded boards DONT have. If you want stability for a downhill speed style ride look at Rayne , Landyatchz, Comet, and LongboardLarry. LongboardLarry Tarpon is super sick. that was i ride. check my video if you want to

You're right, loaded boards aren't as stiff as those other boards and that def. means rayne, landyachtz etc. are better for downhill. But you'd be surprised at how much speed you can do on a loaded board - if you have a stiff flex. I've hit up to 40mph on my dervish flex 1.

So i'd actually say juvalo was right about loadeds being the better "all around boards". If your focus is speed though, I agree with you - loaded probably isn't the best option.

I think the style criticisms are coming from people used to seeing a lot more of the chill, surfy-flow type longboard vids and this had more of a mid-90's street feel to it. Personally, I don't have a problem with your style at all. I'd say the video quality itself was a tad rough though.

I actually understand what you guys were trying to do here. It seems that your editor was trying to keep the grass colored and other things like the barn. While it sounds good on paper, it really is not well executed here. Also, you may want to try encoding with another program since your video is pretty pixelated and you can avoid it. I use Premiere Pro CS3 + Windows movie maker to encode and resize (works very well).
